I have used Audio Support on a number of occasions now across a number of years. I can't speak highly enough of them. Whether it's setting up equipment or configuring software, or trouble shooting or giving tuition, they work diligently and methodically and with a very pleasent manner.
Paul spent a day with one of our IT engineers trying to resolve why our Pro tools suite was failing to deliver a reliable teaching environment. It was a productive day and left us with a method that we could follow to reload and configure the rest of the suite. The most important and effective element was giving my IT engineer the knowledge to bridge the skills gap between the teaching staff and the IT department. We were both new to Cubase and home recording. I explained our needs to Alex, who fixed us up with a 3 1/2 hour home visit from Jules Pyke. He was such a warm and approachable guy that my nerves at playing in front of someone else evaporated very quickly. My requirements are possibly different from most Cubase users, as I wish to record classical guitar. This didn't faze Jules and he helped me to attain a sound I was happy with, as well as setting up templates and shortcuts for future recording. I got everything I wanted to out of the session and no questions went unansewred. What looked like a programme that was impossible to use was cleverly simplified and broken down into manageable steps. It was relaxed and informal and catered to the individual.
