Expert Help For Logic Pro Users
Plug-ins are the most common cause of crashes and error messages in Logic.
Audio Support offers a service to help Logic Pro users who are experiencing problems with plug-ins and need expert help. In a remote support session one of our friendly and experienced technicians can connect to your Mac to diagnose and help you resolve problems.
We can help with installations, licence activation, configuration, updates and moving plugins to a new Mac. If a plugin isn’t working properly or crashing Logic, we can work out why and solve the problem.
See below for examples of how we have helped clients in the past and how our service works.
