Paul was so helpful and easy to talk to, wish I'd known his service existed sooner! He solved my latency problems with Ableton 10 Live Lite, and made sure I understood how to solve the problem again myself in case the settings were lost in the future. He also re arranged the session after the wifi in our street wasn't working on the day. Couldn't recommend enough. Will definitely be using him again in the future!

I was really struggling with the background settings on cubase. Paul was brilliant. Got me up and running and gave me a crash course on recording on cubase to get me started!

This will be the second time ive used this service to resolve issues experienced when trying to integrate new hardware into my Logic studio setup. Paul has the knowledge of Yoda. He identified and rectified the issue within the first 5 minutes and spent the rest of the session answering my many technical questions. I keep his number on my phone as the 4th emergency service!!

I would highly recommend Paul - patient, very professional and knows his stuff. I use Cubase but my understanding of it is limited to say the least. Paul very quickly got me back up and running. As a small charity with no internal IT support, It's reassuring to know there is somebody we can now go to when we have technical issues.

Audio Support - Paul AndrewsPaul worked with me for an hour solving why I couldn't get audio on recorded midi tracks. It took him twenty minutes with remote access to my computer, and then we went on to look at my Komplete Kontrol integration in Cubase and a good number of other elements. Throughout all of this I found Paul to be really clear, explaining everything as he went along and underlined the training by getting me to do things myself.Paul was really helpful, patient, a good teacher and a great technician. I had never thought of paying for assistance before, instead limping along, sweating it out for myself, sometimes for many days. Now it's like when I discovered car mechanics - I never did car repairs myself after that and I suspect that when I get stuck with the intricacies of Cubase and Native Instruments, I won't struggle any more. I've recently bought a small home studio and I've been struggling to sync all the plug ins to the recording software I am using, and it's been pretty difficult finding some advice during lockdown! I am very pleased with the service Paul provided. It was easy to get in contact and make arrangements for some remote on-line help while social isolation is in place. Paul was friendly and professional and most importantly knowledgeable in all aspects of Cubase. I’d had a break from using the program for several years and needed help in understanding and using the latest version. As part of the process I also had to update some obsolete hardware and needed Paul’s help in configuring it and making it work with Cubase. I was not disappointed! Paul was punctual with the initial call and it was quick and easy to set up the remote help whereby he could see my Cubase screen. It turned out there were a whole host of minor issues that needed attention and Paul dealt with them all with great expertise – lost files, configuration issues, program updates and changes etc – he quickly got to grips the problem, helping me understand the issue and then leading me through to a solution. Sometimes he did the necessary work himself or attended while I did it myself. Better for learning! I very much appreciated his help and advice and would wholeheartedly recommend his service to others. Thanks Paul.

I had a great experience with this service. I'm in the middle of producing a live show and had a tricky problem regarding play back across multiple DAW platforms which I spent many frustrating hours on without fixing. I came across Pauls service after a google search, booked in a session for the same day (in fact within just a couple of hours), I had one hour on the phone with Paul and we got everything fixed. I would thoroughly recommend. In fact I'm jotting down a list of other probs that I could do with his help on and will be booking some more time with him soon. Highly recommended!!

There are not enough stars!! 5 is not adequate! What I thought would be an insurmountable problem was solved by careful and logical process and a detailed and thorough knowledge of Cubase! If there is a word or phrase which takes Thank You to the highest level then let me know because I want to use it! Countless "experts" have not been able to cure my recalcitrant drum kit but Paul has tamed it and I can now continue to write my music and use all my kit!!!

I am so pleased with Paul helping me install Cubase10.I had been sat in front of my computer for two weeks trying to get it to work. No sound, No samples or instruments, unwanted messages popping up. I rang Paul Lunch time and arranged a time he could guide me through the whole setup. and with one, one hour session the same day, he had me up and running perfectly. Now i just need to figure out how to use it!. But if i have any problems, i will ring Paul again. thank you Paul, five stars from me.

Paul solved my problem with spurious midi bouncing round my home studio set up using Teamviewer online within 30 minutes. He was able to methodically work his way round the various midi signal paths using Logics Environment. By a process of steady elimination he was able to locate the problem to Logics Control Surfaces where I had not set up my Maschine MkII correctly! My Virus B and Proteus midi outboard instruments are now usable again and behaving themselves. Great result to sort the problem out but also Paul explained to me what he was doing and why and I learnt along the way watching him sort the issue out. Paul will be my first point of contact for any future issues I have with my home studio. Excellent service and result. All I can say is thanks Paul!

As an experienced drummer, but new to MIDI recording with Logic Pro X, I was struggling to resolve latency issues and work out how best to record with the tools I had available. I spent nearly 2 years with various youtube tutorials, cubase for dummies etc etc, and Paul showed me how to do exactly what I wanted to do within about an hour and a half. He the proceeded to reinforce the teaching by using examples. Wish I'd found Audio Support earlier, highly recommend.

I was struggling to set up my pro tools HD system with hardware gears then Paul came to my rescue today. I am the most happiest man in the world. Paul was very helpful and even gave me tutorials on the setup. I previously had two engineers came to look at my system but they could not make it work. One of them even did a work for The BBC.

Paul was amazing! He traveled 150 miles to our home in Shropshire and spent seven hours with me, trouble-shooting initially with the set up of my new studio and then tutoring me on the cubase system I had chosen and been completely lost on beforehand. He has set me up with fool-proof templates with all various recording levels set for different instruments, vocals, etc., so basically, I just switch on and start recording, which is a massive confidence booster I have to say. Not being that computer savvy and being that of a generous age, so to speak, this was just the ticket. I have no vocation musically and my music is purely a hobby... saying that, it is a hobby that I would like to get the best results I can from and Paul has been the foundation of my recording journey. Hi.Paul Andrews came to visit twice. First when I had just bought the Roland MX-1 mixer which incorporates Ableton Live 9 Lite.He set up all my analog gear and installed Ableton. He showed me how to record live sets and how to keep all my music files in one place, how to make my projects into WAV files and put them on cds.We had one more remote session where we spoke over the phone and he shared my screen.After that everything has been plain sailing.Thanks Paul

Five years ago I parted company with my trusty tape recorder and bought a state of the art music computer. A year later I had made so little progress that I even considered selling it. Then I found Paul at Audio Support. Now I am recording and producing my third jazz CD to a standard that I once thought impossible.Along the way Paul has patiently taught me how to use cubase, plug-ins and software instruments and shown me how to get the best out of them. He has solved countless software and hardware problems, all at the end of a phone. I call him "the miracle man" and he's also such a nice guy. If you have a problem or want to learn anything about music recording and production, you really should give Paul a try.

Thanks to audio Support, I am a very happy customer, they help solve the coding and device problems I had on my hard drive preventing me from uploading protocols academic for my son. Within 1 hr they had completely sorted my technical issues out in a calm and professional manner, I wish I had used them sooner. Don't stress just give them a call, they are quick and they can remotely access your computer to help resolve most technical problems. installing lost drivers etc and confused codes. I cannot recommend these guys enough. Any trouble you may have with your set up and they'll figure it out. They're nice, and super helpful. I needed help with issues I was having in cubase 7 and they figured it out in no time over the phone and helped me fix the problem. They also gave me invaluable advice on how to get the best out of my set up in terms of sound quality when I'm recording.
