Data Protection

Audio Support is compliant with the Data Protection Act. We will not pass on your details to any third party without your prior consent. We may occasionally send you information about products or services offered by ourselves or carefully selected third parties


Audio Support will never disclose your information to third parties. All customer data is only kept with your permission and you can unsubscribe from any communications at anytime simply by sending a request to unsubscribe@audiosupport.co.uk. We only keep personal information necessary for the completion of your order and the necessary historical data used to run our business. You cannot use this site unless you have cookies enabled. We use cookies to keep track of your current shopping session to personalise your experience and so that you may retrieve your shopping basket at any time – if you do not accept cookies you will not be able to use the www.audiosupport.co.uk web site. Your use of cookies will not reveal any personal information to Audio Support.

Upon reciept of payment we grant to you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for you to use Audio Support learning resources for non-commercial use. You may not makes copies of any learning resources supplied to you by our tutors during appointments.



The terms of our invoices are 30 days for all business to business services. For business to consumer transactions we require a minimum of 50% deposit when booking appointments. This is payable by credit card, bank transfer or cheque. Audio Support technicians do not deal with cash or cheques on site.


Cancellation and refunds

Audio Support will always do everything possible to ensure customer satisfaction but we reserve the right to postpone the time or date of an appointment for any reason. In this event a new appointment time or a full refund will be offered. In the event of you cancelling an appointment up to 72 hours before the scheduled start-time a full refund will be given. In event of you cancelling within 72 hours of an appointment the deposit will not be refunded. In the event of you cancelling within a 24 hour period full payment will be invoiced for. Any refunds will be made to a credit/debit card if you originally paid in this way. If you paid by cheque, you will be refunded by BACS, which can take up to four weeks.

Sub Contracters

Audio Support may sub-contract the performance of any of its services without prior notice.

Warranty and Liability

We warrant to you that the all services will be provided with reasonable skill and care by technicians who are professional and experienced. Our liability to you under this agreement shall not exceed the amount paid by you for services.


These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
