Hi Paul. I have a problem with the Hiberate Plug-in which I downloaded via Pulse. Can you help me please? T
This problem was a straightforward one to solve. Once I was connected to J’s PC and did a little investigation, I could see that Pulse had installed Hibernate into T’s custom sample libraries’ location rather than to his VST3 plug-ins folder.
I manually copied Hiberate’s folder to the correct location and cleaned up T’s sample library drive.
T is a composer who regularly books me for remote support sessions to help manage their PC’s music software.
If you have a problem with VST plug-in installations on Windows or any other aspect of music technology and would like to speak to an expert for help please get in touch.
