After placing a booking your sound engineer will reach out to introduce themselves and confirm the session date/time.
At the agreed time your engineer will call you and start the session by setting up the remote screen-sharing connection.
Your technician will then work with you to diagnose and resolve your audio issues within an hour.
How do we connect for the call?
Whatsapp Voice Call is our preferred method of communication.
We can also speak via apps like Zoom or Google Meet.
What remote software do you use?
We use Anydesk. It’s secure and simple for clients to download and install.
To enable listening to your audio in real-time we will install the AudioMovers plugin.
Can you help with my specific microphone?
We offer support for all audio hardware and software. The most common microphone brands we support are:

Can I book time for less than an hour?
The simple answer is no, but only because we want to guarantee you a complete solution. Your £80 session fee is for our expertise and the solution to your problem, not for the time on the clock.

- For a Quick Fix: If we can solve your issue in just 15 minutes, we don’t end the session there. We use the remaining time to provide extra value, such as optimizing your system, fine-tuning your microphone placement, or answering any other questions you have about your setup.
- For a Complex Issue: If your problem is complicated, it might take us the full hour to diagnose it, explain what’s happening, and create a clear plan for you to get the quality you need.
Ultimately, we don’t stop until we have a complete solution or a clear path forward for you. The single session fee ensures you get the full time and attention you need to get your audio sounding its best.
What if we can’t solve my audio problems in an hour?
Our guarantee is that you will leave the call with a clear path forward, whether that’s a direct solution or a detailed plan to get you there.
- Further Setup Time: If more than an hour is needed, we’ll provide a clear quote and a path to continue our work together.
