How do we connect for the call?

We’ll start our call by connecting via Whatsapp Voice. Its simple and allows us to talk before installing the remote software on your computer.

We can also talk via apps like Zoom or Google Meet.

After booking your session your sound engineer will get in touch by email to confirm all arrangements.

What remote software do you use?

We use Anydesk. It’s secure and simple for clients to download and install.

To enable listening to your audio in real-time we will install the AudioMovers plugin.

What timezone do you operate in?

Currently all our sound engineers are based in the UK and we operate during UK weekday office hours.

The booking widget above shows UK times by default.

Make sure you set your timezone in the booking widget to avoid date/time confusion.

For USA clients in EST typically we connect mid-morning and PST in early morning.

If you can’t find a timeslot that works for you use the contact form to let us know your availability and we will do our best to accomodate.

What should I expect during the Standard Pro Audio Setup call?

The standard call is a focused, 90-minute session dedicated to setting up and optimizing your single microphone system.

We’ll start with a brief chat about your goals and where you’re at with setting up your equipment so far. Then we’ll work together in real-time to

• connect equipment
• position your microphone
• adjust signal path settings
• configure OBS/DAW settings
• Add and tweak effects to optimise your sound
• Test recording/streaming software working correctly

By the end, you’ll have a perfectly tuned setup and a clear understanding of your audio workflow.

We offer support for all audio hardware and software. The most common microphone brands we support are:

and many more including Neumann, AKG, Aston, Behringer, Beyerdynamic, Audix, etc

We offer support for all audio hardware and software, PC and Mac. The applications we most often encounter are:

• OBS (Open Broadcaster Studio)
• Streamlabs OBS
• Logic Pro
• Ableton Live

and many more including Pro Tools, Cubase, Audacity, FL Studio, Studio One, Reaper, Bandlab, Sonar, etc

Can you help with my specific audio interface?

We offer support for all audio interfaces and included software on PC and Mac. The brands we most often encounter are:

Do you provide support after the session?

For our Standard Setup, you’ll receive a detailed summary of your settings to refer to.

For Complex & Custom Solutions, we can build a long-term support plan into your custom quote, ensuring your setup continues to work as you grow.
