Service // DAW Project Rescue
Your projects aren’t lost.
They’re disconnected.
Logic Pro, Cubase, Pro Tools, Ableton Live and Reaper projects broken by iCloud Drive, OneDrive, Dropbox and Google Drive — reconnected without rebuilding your session.
Paul Andrews of Audio Support repairs music projects whose audio files, sample libraries and project paths have been broken by cloud sync services. He works remotely with producers, composers and studios worldwide, restoring the session itself — arrangement, automation and plugin state intact — not just the underlying audio files.
What you get

Audio Support, London
A remote session over AnyDesk, with a call on WhatsApp, Zoom or Google Meet. You watch everything I do and I explain it as I go. I repair the links, reopen the sessions with you, then reconfigure things so the same failure can’t recur.
Most reconnections resolve within one to two sessions. If it turns out to be a fifteen-minute fix, we’ll spend the rest of the hour making sure it can’t happen again.
Who it’s for
Anyone whose project opens with pieces missing. Typical problems I fix:
- The project opens but audio regions are missing or silent
- Missing content, “file not found” or Error 108 messages after syncing with iCloud Drive
- Sample libraries or Kontakt instruments that can’t be found
- Plugins showing as missing after moving a project
- Projects broken by a move to a new drive, folder or computer
I’d rather lose the booking than mislead you. This service repairs projects whose files still exist. If a drive has physically failed, or a file was deleted with no version history and no local copy anywhere, that’s a different discipline needing a specialist lab — and I’ll say so early rather than billing you to keep looking. I’ll also tell you if the job is smaller than you feared.
If your DAW crashes or misbehaves rather than losing files, that’s DAW Troubleshooting. If you’re planning a move to a new computer, Computer Migration keeps this from happening in the first place.
