Creating a Custom Project Template for Guitar Recording in Logic Pro

  • by

Yesterday, I connected for a remote support session with a music producer who needed some help setting up and testing his equipment before an upcoming recording session.

We looked at his SSL12 audio interface and 360 software.

I guided my client through the correct software settings and how to connect his Focusrite Octopre to his SSL12 to allow more than 4 inputs to be recorded.

I helped my client set up a template in Logic Pro and together we tested that everything was working as it should.

At the end of the one-hour session, my client was feeling confident that all his hardware and software was working correctly and he was ready for the recording session.
